Named after grandfathers Heinz Weimann and Hermann Lorenz, whose first names the firstborn grandson bears, the wine bar focuses on perfect accompaniments to the glass.

Between a nice Riesling and a Romanée-Conti at the other end of the scale, our sommelier Lauritz Jessen is sure to find her favorite wine.

The walls tell stories of favorite wines - the favorite wines of our guests! There you can place your bottle, provided with your thoughts about it, and thus become part of the history of heinzhermann.

According to the motto: Create your own 4-course menu, Maximilian Lorenz and his team have selected the most popular classics from the weinlokal heinzhermann to sweeten the end of the year culinary!

Reservation time for all guests: 18:00 (no other times are available).

End of the evening: 23:00

Telephone, or in-person reservations for the evening cannot be processed.

Please understand that we cannot cater for allergies or intolerances on the evening.

In order to guarantee the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of the menu price is required.

Cancellation free of charge is not possible once the reservation has been made!
