What makes it special: The restaurant team only serves German wines to accompany the menus and individual courses. At "heinzhermann", guests have an international selection of more than 1,200 fine wines in addition to German wines. Maximilian Lorenz's credo: "Aromatics that inspire! We take our guests on a culinary journey that they will remember for a long time to come. We live this philosophy in the cooking style of a new German cuisine.
