The special feature: The team led by hostess Diana Korittkatis serves only German wines to accompany the menus and individual courses in the restaurant. In addition to German wines, guests at "heinzhermann" have an international selection of more than 1,200 good positions. Maximilian Lorenz's credo: "Aromatics that inspire!
