The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram in any way.
The organizer and person responsible for the competition is:
Maximilian Lorenz , Johannisstraße 64, 50668 Cologne, hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”.
Conditions of participation and eligibility
The competition starts on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM and ends on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 10:00 PM .
We are giving away 3x2 tickets for the charity event by Maximilian Lorenz X Kölner Jung-Haie on Sunday, August 31, 2025 in the Kölnarena 2 , including access to the exclusive kitchen party with gourmet cuisine, street food and drinks.
Participation is free of charge .
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
Participation is by:
- liking the competition post
- following the Instagram account
- and tagging a person in the comments with whom you would like to attend the event together.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions, in particular network, electronic or computer failures.
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the possible assessment of the submitted competition entries.
The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or suspend the competition at any time, particularly in the event of disruptions that jeopardize the integrity of the competition.
Participation in the competition is only possible in person .
Employees of the organizer, persons under 18 years of age, participants with multiple accounts, competition clubs and automated participation through bots or similar tools are excluded .
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their information and comments do not violate any third-party rights, particularly copyright, trademark, or personal rights. In the event of any violations, they indemnify the organizer against all claims by third parties.
Entries that violate these terms and conditions or applicable law will be excluded from the competition and may be deleted.
All information must be true. False information will result in immediate disqualification from the competition. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their data.
The prize includes 3×2 entry tickets for the charity event by Maximilian Lorenz X Kölner Jung-Haie on Sunday, August 31, 2025 in the Kölnarena 2 , Gummersbacher Str. 4, 50679 Cologne, including access to the exclusive kitchen party with gourmet cuisine, street food and drinks.
The winners will be chosen from all Instagram users who follow the account, like the contest post, and tag a person with whom they would like to share the prize.
The winners will be randomly selected from all correctly entered entries. The drawing will take place on Monday, May 30, 2025 .
The respective winners will be announced in the comment section of the post and can then contact us via private message within 7 business days to confirm their win. If a winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be drawn again among all participants.
The prizes are non-transferable , cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be given away or sold .
Any violation will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Privacy Notice
The designated controller is responsible for data processing on the Instagram fan page on which the competition is held, jointly with Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR.
The data collected as part of the competition (e.g. Instagram username) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
By participating, you agree that your Instagram username will be visible when liking and commenting and will be used in the notification in the event of a win.
